Capital Reinforcing supplied the Reinforcement for our repeat client on the construction on Michigan Avenue in Manchester which is centred around the development of Michigan Avenue Tower 2, part of a major mixed‑use scheme in Salford’s emerging MediaCity district. The project forms one of four towers ranging from 14 to 35 storeys and delivers more than 1,300 residential units alongside leisure, retail, and office spaces. The façade incorporates advanced design features such as Manchester zero‑transom bulkhead detailing, inward‑opening floor‑to‑ceiling ventilation windows, and a fully structurally‑glazed system manufactured through Staticus’s Design‑for‑Manufacture approach to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline assembly.
