Capital Reinforcing supplied the Reinforcing for The Republic at Mayfield in Manchester. Delivered by our regular customer as part of the flagship commercial phase of the £1.4 billion Mayfield regeneration programme. The customers construction package encompassed the substructure, ground‑floor slabs, mezzanine suspended floors, and the full reinforced‑concrete superstructure of this 12‑storey, 230,000 sq ft office building, designed with high‑spec architectural concrete and post‑tensioned slabs to enhance efficiency and reduce embodied carbon.
